This area provides supplementary material for readers who would like to further their knowledge and who need easy access to lecture notes and other information that can be used for studies and self-assessment.
The Reader's Area contains:

- Case Study (Email Management) Slides for book chapters discussing the case study (in printable Acrobat Read format)
- UML and other model files for solutions to the case studies and all other modeling examples in the textbook
- Java and database code for solutions to the case studies and all other modeling examples in the textbook
- Assignments and Projects to challenge readers with questions and tasks for pre-defined application domains
- Errata & Addendum document dedicated to corrections of errors and omissions in the book
- Book's Figures (they can be used to prepare slide presentations based on the book)
