Timesheets
Currently we are using a web-based timesheet entry system.
Casual academics need to use the Science-ID to login at http://rutherglen.ics.mq.edu.au/~fos/cgi-bin/staff.pl
Once you login, please go to "Print Timesheet", then select the account number 426105032201 for undergraduate units. The default timetable of that staff would be loaded with the appropriate job numbers and timetable details. If you have extra classes for that timesheet pay period, please select the extra dates and you would get the message of "extra" on the web. After you selected all the job dates, please submit the timesheet with your signature and dropped in the locked box in E6A302 tearoom. For those hours not according to your default timetable, please put a note on the printed timesheet. Please contact Melina Chan or Sylvian Chow or Donna Hua if you have any problems. If you can't come to the university to submit the timesheet, please fax it to us at +61-2-98509551.
Copy of timesheet in pdf and rtf format.
.Timesheet is usually due by 5pm on Mon or latest before 9am on Tue every fortnight. But sometimes due to public holidays, the submission date will be different. Timesheet due dates in 2011.
Would you like to know who your colleagues are?
Check here for a list of casual academic staff by unit , teaching staff for Undergraduate units and Postgraduate units.
"Buddy System" email us if you would like to be put in contact with a more experienced staff member - someone who can show you the ropes, this can be especially helpful if you are new to the Department.
