Camera-Ready Instructions
- The final versions of accepted papers are due on December 14, 2008 and are to be submitted by email to asiaccs09@ics.mq.edu.au
- At least one author of each accepted paper should register for the conference before January 09, 2009.
The email should be titled "ASIACCS'09 final paper submission" and include a PDF version of the final paper, and a signed and scanned ACM copyright form in PDF format. Please make sure that the size of the attachments does not exceed 5MB.
The ACM copyright form can be printed directly from http://www.acm.org/pubs/copyright_form.html
For authors without access to a scanner, the completed copyright form can be faxed to +61-2-9850-9511. Please write "ASIACCS'09 copyright form" on the title page before sending it.
Preparation of the final versions
Each paper should be prepared using the official ACM SIG proceedings format. Templates are available at: http://www.acm.org/sigs/publications/proceedings-templates/.
Authors unsure of how to classify their paper according to the ACM classification system can find more information at http://www.acm.org/class/how_to_use.html
The copyright information on the first page should be:
ASIACCS’09, March 10–12, 2009, Sydney, NSW, Australia.
Copyright 2009 ACM 978-1-60558-394-5/09/03…$5.00.
Note that there are tight page limits: 12 pages for regular papers and 4 pages for short papers, including bibliography and appendices.
