Welcome Back !
We hope you have had an enjoyable break and welcome you back to the Department.

We have been busy putting in place arrangements to help support you with your studies during Semeter 2 and would like to bring some of these to your attention.

Student Staff Liaison Committees
Every semester a committee is formed of staff and student reps from units at each level (100- 200- and 300-level). Each committee meets thrice per semester to talk about issues or problems relating to units at that level.

We encourage you to become involved by volunteering to be a student rep. If interested could you please email Lisa Chanell as soon as possible. We are also particularly keen to see more female students as reps.

Need Help ?
Help is available in various forms.

Lecturers are available for consultations at various times, please see the Study Guide for each lecturer's availability.

Tutors are available for consultations in the labs on level 1. 100-level consultations are held in E6A110, 200-level in lab E6A121 and 300-level in lab E6A119. Click on the links to view the tutor consultation times.

Contact Kate Stefanov the First Year Student Support Officer on 9850 9571 for help with first year units.

Or contact Lisa Chanell, Undergraduate Administrator on 9850 9512 for help with administrative matters.
